We usually cover 2/3rd of the cost of your treatment which includes surgery, implants, medications, all investigations and imaging, hospital bill. Patient’s relatives are expected to pay the rest 1/3rd. The amount of financial help is solely based on the discretion of the foundation.
No; we do not fund your expenses outside hospital stay.
All Doctors, Nurses, OT assistants, all technicians, Physiotherapists do not charge a single penny from you. All professional fees during your stay in the hospital are covered by SRF.
You would need your identity proof (AADHAAR card, Voter’s ID card, etc.) and income certificate. However, we may ask you to present more documents as per situation. After proper verification by our foundation, we approve maximum possible help.
A salary certificate/income proof can be obtained from Gram Pradhan or Municipality Councillor or local MLA/MP.
We will wholeheartedly assist you if you require our help in future for your treatment.
