Leadership and Governance: The IRB will be chaired by Dr Indrajit Roy, with Moumita Ghosh serving as the Member Secretary, ensuring experienced and principled guidance.

Training and Registration: The designated members are currently undergoing a comprehensive training program on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and human research protection. Simultaneously, the Ethics Committee is in the process of being registered under the Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India. This initiative reinforces our commitment to adhering to national guidelines and ensuring the highest standards in clinical research ethics.
